Hosting

We host most of our customers’ websites for them. We have two servers (computers permanently connected to the internet that make the sites available to internet users) located in the secure Telehouse facility in London. the servers run Microsoft’s Windows Server 2000/2003. Reliability and availability is high so websites are there for visitors to our customers’ sites 24 hours a day every day. Our running of these servers is supported by a leading UK Internet Service Provider (Netcetera Limited), who are expert at keeping the systems running.

Included in our Standard and Newsletter hosting is our Silver level support service that you can pass on to your visitors. Anyone who contacts your organisation with a problem associated with your website, can be passed on to us. Any hosting package can be upgraded to Gold or Platinum level.
